Questions about a loan or a payment
We cannot help with these, and it is important you contact the right party. QuickLend Web is not a lender and holds no loan accounts. If you have an active loan, a payment question, a balance query or a dispute, contact the lender named on your loan agreement directly. They hold your account and they are the only party who can act on it.
Privacy, opt-out and deletion
Email info@quicklendweb.com to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to delete it, or to correct it if it is wrong.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. See Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
- Stop marketing contact from us.
Please send your request from the email address you used on the form, or include enough detail for us to identify your record. We will not charge you for any of this.
Stopping contact from lenders
Once your request reaches a lender, that lender contacts you under its own privacy policy and its own consent. We cannot switch that off on your behalf. Ask the lender directly to stop contacting you, and it must honour that request.
