We do not broker loans, we do not make credit decisions, we do not fund loans, and we do not set or negotiate any rate, fee or repayment term. Any loan you take is a contract between you and the lender, not with us.

No guarantee of an offer

Submitting a request does not mean you will receive an offer, and it does not guarantee any particular amount, rate or term. Lenders apply their own criteria and may decline your request for reasons we do not see and cannot influence.

Who may use the site

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States. You agree that the information you give us is true, accurate and your own, and that you will keep it current. Submitting someone else's information without their permission is not allowed.

Your authorization

By submitting the form you authorize us to share the information you provide with lenders and lending partners so they may evaluate your request, and you authorize them to verify that information and obtain consumer reports as permitted by law. You also agree to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, fraudulent or stolen information.
• Do not use automated means to scrape, copy or overload the site.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.
• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
